Does anyone know of a good way to keep trespassers out of the home? It seems we've been party to two incidents now and, while nothing's come of it yet, you can never be too careful.

A couple of break-ins, unfortunately. I'm looking for better ways to prevent them in the future.

Not personally, but from my sister's description, one is a wayward drunk and the other is mute.

[She is, of course, omitting all of the cursing with which the descriptions were relayed to her.]
