ah..such is life.
What a very interesting day.
In an instant your whole mind can completely change colors on you.
In one moment my mind's eye is viewing a dismal gray and in a mere hour or less there's a shooting array of brilliant bright blues and sunny yellows...mm, the spring sky...mm spring is definitely in the air...and I gots the girl to prove it.
Ah...but today was not all sunny skies...
As Lauren and I were driving out of her apartment complex...(she wasn't having the best day as it was)...some jackass with a back-end full of tall potted plants, in a white jeep grand cherokee stops...so, so does Lauren...then he proceeds to fucking back into her car..just a bump, true...but fuuuck. Her car is like a week old. Sh e hasn't had it for very long at all...so, (mostly) calmly she gets out of her car to exchange insurance info and what not...and they proceed to talk a bit. Eventually, just for moral support I get out to stand by my woman...this motherfucker had the nerve to try to make it out like the whole thing wasn't his fault. Like, he indeed was going to try to weasel out of paying for it...I interejected. Yeah...I did. I basically asked him how in the hell he could possibly think that the whole thing wasn't his fault.
In the end, he agreed he was the one in error.
So, yeah...she was a little shaken...my poor baby just got into a car accident a little over a month ago in Georgia. She broke her arm, so yeah...she's a little weary of anything bad happening behind the wheel.
We chilled out at her place for a bit and just talked, not just about what had happened...but a lot of stuff. Everything. Anything. I love that. Just talking about everything that comes to mind, no inhibitions...
Yeah...then we went to Wal-Mart...did some cute domestic, random grocery shopping. Midnight munchies go well with lesbian romping :)
Went to the video store...took forever trying to pick out some movies. We've seen everything. I'm a movie junkie and she used to work at a video store...
Hm...but yeah, romantic getaway this coming weekend that I keep talking about! Yay for Abby and Lauren!
