(no subject)
I am SOOOO pissed right now. Ok, you all know how I am about my car. well, I had to go in to home depot to do some training this morning. No big deal. I go in, do my 4 hours, and leave. I get home and mom's having her garage sale. I park, go inside, whatever. Then I go to get the mail, and I turn around at the top of the driveway to see if my tailights still look good with the red paint (and they do) when I notice THIS!!!!
GRRR some fuckin shopping cart decided that on this oh so windy day, it would take shelter IN MY TRUNK. Needless to say I was pissed. I sat there for a good 10 minutes (in the rain) just looking at it. How the hell. GRRRRR. So then I went through the routine of calling the ever-so-helpful cops, who informed me that since it did not involve another car, all they can do is to file a report. Ok, no big deal. Then I call up home depot, who gives me the standard runaround that their not responsible and blah de blah blah blah. I didn't pay much attention because I know the michigan laws, and I know that they can say what they want, but their property damaged my property, and their at fault. I've still gotta wait till monday to call the insurance company.
