So I've travelled about 512 miles today...
or 818 km, roughly.
All to look at a flat.
Now I'm tired.
Very very tired.
Just thought I'd share...
And yes, it was a cool - funky? - flat. It's basically a quarter of a Victorian house ... the front door leads into the living room which leads into the bedroom which leads into the kitchen (has a washing machine!) which leads either to the back garden or the bath (including a shower with decent water pressure!). It's basically a rectangle. It's about a 5 minute walk from the school, and is close to a chemist, a hardware/DIY, a computer store, a Chinese takeaway, a donner place, a pizza parlour, a beautician's ... or I can walk another 10 minutes to hit downtown. Now if only it wasn't so darned expensive to live in the South.............sigh.
Thanks going out to H who bussed it over from Oxford to be another set of eyes and remember more questions to ask :)
