What do you think of me, iTunes?
Somewhere Out There -- Clay Aiken
Aww...iTunes loves me.
Will I have a happy life?
I'll Be -- Reba McEntire
Seems promising.
What do my friends really think of me?
Thanks, That Was Fun -- Barenaked Ladies
Uhh...okay.
Do people secretly lust after me?
Because You Loved Me -- Celine Dion
Again, seems promising!
How can I make myself happy?
Jump (For My Love) -- The Pointer Sisters
Hmm...*jumps* *g*
What should I do with my life?
Daydream Believer -- Mary Beth Maziarz
I have no idea what to make of this. LOL
Why must life be so full of pain?
We Got the Beat -- The Go-Gos
Ohhh, so THAT explains it.
How can I maximize my pleasure during sex?
Okay, we'll ignore the fact that the next thing that started playing was Elizabeth on GH confronting Tom about raping her. How much bad timing can you have?
Glasgow Love Theme -- Craig Armstrong
Pretty.
Will I ever have children?
Mickey Mouse Club March
I'll take that as a resounding yes.
Will I die happy?
Be My Escape -- Relient K
Doesn't sound it, does it? "I've been dying to get out" "I've gotta get outta here" Nope, not happy at all.
Can you give me some advice?
Lean On Me -- Al Green
Aww, you're so sweet. *snuggles*
What do you think happiness is?
She Believes in Me -- Jon Peter Lewis
Apparently, it's a good Kenny Rogers song, even sang on a reality show.
What's my favourite fetish?
Sexiest Woman Alive -- O-Town
Moving on...
So, my dad woke me up this morning to say they couldn't fix my camera (reason #2 to hate the Geek Squad!) and that we needed to go to Best Buy to get another camera. They had one identical to my old one but out of the box that I could take, or we could get another for any amount up to what was originally spent. Well, all of the comparable cameras to mine used a different kind of media card, so we ended up taking the one out of the box, after a long time trying to get a friggin' strap for the dang thing. WHY they would open the box and throw everything in the box except for the camera away is BEYOND me, but eh, whattayagonnado?
After we FINALLY left there, complete w/ new camera, more memory for the camera, and "Almost Famous" on DVD, we went over to Misty&Chris&Jordan&Kelsey's. Kelsey can play the harmonica like nobody's business! She's cute as can be. Kept coming over to me with this Barney book. I think I read it 4 times. But it was cute and ended in a group hug w/ the two girls and me...and once w/ my mom as well. Cuteness.
We came home and watched some TV. Nothing terribly interesting. Have said many prayers throughout the day for those in Katrina's path. That's just scary. Heard at one point that some areas might be 20 feet under water. Yipes. Was also yelling at the TV and some woman who was talking about staying put. Granted, she wasn't in New Orleans, but if I was ANYWHERE close, I'd be GONE. And this woman had a kid...ugh. (Didn't hear the full story of where she was because I was in the other room when they were talking about it.)
We were going to watch "Million Dollar Baby" tonight, but ended up not watching it yet. I'll have to watch it Tuesday, I guess. Hopefully, anyway. We borrowed it from M&C, who got it out from Blockbuster. It's not due back until Thursday, but they have that no late fees thing now, so it could even be later. We'll see. Sweet Corn Festival Parade is on Wednesday night, so I won't be able to watch it then. Seems like Tuesday will pretty much be my only shot. I could have watched it tonight by myself, or with my mom, who would have slept through it, but didn't feel like it. DVD player doesn't work in here anyway, so it's either on the computer, on Tiberius, or downstairs. Didn't feel like messing with it.
And now, because it's been over two months--MOVIES! (And again, if you're looking at this going "WTH?", these are the movies from my Videohound calendar. They're not necessarily something I will watch, though if someone goes "OMG!THAT'STHEBESTMOVIEEVERANDYOUSHOULDTOTALLYWATCHIT!", I'll definitely bump it up on my list of movies to see. :-))
