I got up this morning, after hitting snooze several times. Dragged myself to the meeting (following Jackie half the way), and then came back home. Well, after I talked to Jennie for a couple of minutes. Chris Gamble was signing today at Sports Zone. I'd have to say that he's my other favorite Ohio State from this past year, him and Scott. I just can't rationalize myself paying $20 for an autograph from a college kid. At least not w/ my lack of money at the time.
I came home, started to read Life of Pi, but was just not in the mood to read. So I stopped. Didn't give book club another thought until after 8. I just didn't care anymore. And again, that lack of money came into play.
However, I got my mom to agree to help me out on Tuesday w/ Friends. She said she'd buy either the Friends Party Pack or Season 7, and I could pay her back for the other one. Yay me! I'm still gonna have to go cash in my change a Kroger, though, probably tomorrow. I need gas. Bleh.
I miss Lily and Bug. Just saying.
No Alias tonight, which is a total bummer. So we watched High School Reunion tonight, even though there was a Without a Trace on that I hadn't seen. I just had to see Lenny's makeover. TOTALLY worth it. The first couple of episodes, I didn't care about any of these people. Now I like Lenny. :-) Must be something about the "nerd" from high school that I like. I loved Ben last year. Wonder what he's up to...
We watched a few sitcoms here and there, and I watched some of my soaps, too. It was just a relaxing day. Except for that stupid meeting, of course. I missed half of what was said cause I was either spacing out or joking about something w/ Amy, Di, and Justin. We were having fun on our end. Still don't know what a watchbinder is, though. I think that's what it's called.
I missed Woody tonight, too. *sniff*
Work tomorrow from 1-9:30. Gonna have to take either a book to read, or the first disc from season 1 of Frasier. Or just any disc. No Friends, though. Oooh, I know. Midwinter Night's Dream. Definite choice. I need later seasons of Frasier soon. The Donny season was the BEST. Not that I liked Daphne with Donny, of course, but it gave us some GREAT angsty Niles. Mmmmmmm, Niles.
*sob* I'll miss Frasier, too.
Should get to bed soon. It's nearly 2:30.
Today's movie: "Take the Money and Run," starring Woody Allen. The second feature is "Bananas." Reminds me of JPL.
Oh! Good news! I found a website to download Friends season 8, 9, and 10, just in case I can't find an episode. Makes things easier.
