Concert Review #16: Decibilt/Writhing @ The Stop Spot (4/16/06)
I'm trying my hardest not to see a lot of Sunday night shows, but when these two particular bands are playing together for free, I can't pass it up!
Decibilt: Haha! I've seen 2 out of their 3 shows thus far! I rule! They played pretty much the same setlist as the previous time I saw them only they swapped "Panama" with AC/DC's "Whole Lotta Rosie".
Writhing: Now I've been trying to catch this band live for quite some time now and the planets must have aligned or something because I finally saw them! Pretty fucking killer as expected. They played the 3 songs I knew from their Myspace page and 4 others (I remember the song titles of "Born Broken" and "Tangled In Veins").
There was a 3rd band called The Nain Rouge that finished up the show, but I didn't feel like sticking around for them. I said goodbye to Steve, Becky and Aaron and made my way home.
