[The first thing you hear is the sound of the SFC hitting the ground, presumably after hitting the wall.]

[And then the unmistakable sound of dishes breaking, someone letting out a stream of curses as they're thrown. The thud of someone punching the wall.]

Well... I know that much. Part of being human.

But I also know that talking about it can help, too. You don't have to be specific, you know. Just... You don't have to bear this burden alone, whatever it is.
