Vengeance is mine...

...or at least something close to it.

My mother sent me this email, and I think I might wet myself with joy.

"Fire drill today and Margie was in the dining room trying to make excuses for Travis not knowing what to do for the fire drill. (he left the front desk) Never mind that it’s written very clearly in the book and that he’s been here long enough to read it. And then she’s like saying how he’s not been given a “tour” to know where everything is here in the nursing home for him to be able to direct anyone and he’s never gone through orientation, blah blah blah. Absolutely hilarious, blaming it on Marilyn because she doesn’t know how to train anyone - how lame - true - but lame listening to her try to say how it’s not his fault or anything. She’ll now find out just exactly what happens when you make a deal with the devil.

Things are so screwed up at the front desk I just sit back and laugh. It’s usually Travis til 1, then Jessie til 3 and then Dot. 3 receptionists for one job. Hilarious. And apparently Marilyn screwed up the care plan letters. Funny stuff!"

For clarification - Margie is the marketing director at the nursing home, Travis is working the front desk in my absence (and is dating Margie's daughter), and Marilyn was my supervisor/boss.

I love to know that Marilyn is foundering and fucking everything up. I kept the front desk functional, for fuck's sake, and she fired me for the stupidest reasons. HAHAHAHA.

Does this make me an evil person?
