Just in case you were curious.

Life is up and down.

In the up category - there is the fact that I can live at home without paying rent or food.
The fact that I have an amazing boyfriend who listens to me when I need to bitch, or when I'm having one of my wacky "I just thought of something interesting today" moments and who's making it a point to visit roughly about one weekend a month.
Graduation presents are SLOWLY rolling in, so I'm not 100% broke.
I've got to see my friends for a bit in the past month - so that's always fun.

In the down category - the fact that I'm living at home... with my mother ;[
The fact that my amazing boyfriend is 1500 miles away and we get to see each other for a few days a month.
The fact that I had a job bartending at Cafe 611, but I get absolutely no support or help from my employer in terms of marketing and the like. So I'm basically getting no money there.
I do not have a full time job at the moment, and have yet to hear back from any of the places that I've applied.
I miss Houston :[
Frederick sucks donkey balls.
I've got credit cards calling me constantly.
I owe my grandmother $650
I owe my dad $240 for my new tires, because the other day I got a flat and had to change it in 100 degree weather. Only to find out that all of my tires were basically bulging and I was driving a giant metal death machine set to explode.

All in all, I think I'm doing okay, though.

I went for a 2 mile hike today in Gambrill State Park. They really need to change the classification of the green trail to "Moderate to Hard" because that shit is nearly vertical for 1/4 of the damned thing.

I'm thinking of making hiking a regular thing - but maybe I'll start smaller and go with the 1 mile moderate red trail and then once I'm totally kicking ass with that, graduate back up to the green trail. Or I'll just grow a pair and continue with the green trail and work my way up to the Black Trail which is 2.2 miles and DEFINITELY a hard trail.

The goal? Get down under 200 pounds or at least weigh less than my amazing boyfriend when I see him again on my birthday.

So... that's my life in a nutshell.
