(no subject)
things are good.
i put in for a lead position at work. they are changing my hours now to "get my feet wet." which pretty much means i will be an "acting lead" and the station manager will be watching my every move. my every decision. how i react. how i keep my cool.
i'm excited. i'm proud. 20 years old and 10 months old. i think i'm doing alright. now it's just the proving myself part. the proving myself to all the negative people that've been here for 10-20 years. everyone who wants to run the show, but won't take the responsibility to do it.
i do have other aspirations though. but this is a stepping stone i guess. a breaking point perhaps. i've got butterflies.
