Universal National Service Act of 2003
For all those lazy people: it requires all men and woman, college students NOT exempt, between the ages of 18 and 26 to serve two years in the armed forces.

I'm probably too blind to serve in the armed forces...and if they only knew me, they wouldn't want me.

I have a fucking cold, and I'm trying to study for finals. Why can't I get a cold...some other time.
So yes, sleeping now. Studying all day tomorrow.
