Exciting times are upon us. Three straight weeks of releases that I cannot wait for.
April 26th: Ben Folds - "Songs For Silverman" as well as "Songs For Goldfish"
May 3rd: Ryan Adams and the Cardinals - "Cold Roses" the single kicks ass...
May 10th: Weezer - "Make Believe"
Of the three I am most excited/nervous of Weezer's "Make Believe". I've been a huge fan for some time now and after the last 2 albums have been somewhat disappointing I feel like this one could be a huge joke on me. I can just imagine me walking into the store to buy it, going to my car, popping it in and then the whole band comes out of my cd player and takes turns punching me in the face. Hopefully this won't happen, but it probably will. So if you see me on May 10th looking assaulted like no other...you know.
In other news it now says on the Arrested Development website "Returning This Summer"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As above, I hope this isnt a clever ploy to have me turn on the tv this summer so that the entire cast can punch me in the face, spit on me, and tell me how "Unfunny" I am. We'll have to wait that out.
PS: school is winding down fast. :( Dont get me wrong I'll be glad school is over, but I will not be glad to move back to King"fuckingboringashell"wood. I am, however, extremely excited to go on my Eurotrip. Oh the insanity.
