Sweet-Cakes and Milkshakes
Well, i guess a real update is needed. Tonight I went and saw Cruiserweight. I missed the opening band, but Sean Neil from Dynamite Boy played an acoustic set. Which consisted of lots of Dynamite Boy songs, a Ben Folds song, and a George Jones song. It was amazing. I realized how much I miss Dynamite Boy. It was really really cool when the crowd sang the back up parts. Then, Kissinger came out. I was really impressed I had never heard them before but they are really good. They are sort of like straight up 70's rock (sort of like the Rolling Stones) No cheese metal or anything, but then they are sort of dance-rock too. Sort of like the Dead 60's. They are quite hard to explain, but they were good. Then, Cruiserweight played a really good set. They always make me happy.
They were having a sell out on dynamite boy merchandise and I bought my first ever 7". I really want to collect them and become a pretentious audiophile. Its my ambitions.
