sooo i cannot wait until the apartments start coming up for availablitiy! whewww ....july is the big month for that stuff.
also my mothers..hehe..my mom and bens mom...(dont EVER TELL HER I SAID THAT) said i should look into buying PROPERTY!
yess property! since this year ill work full time tax season will rip me a new one next year, those are my words not theirs...
so i need something with interest to pay on....i mean i have my student loans, but if i can afford buying something they said i should.
so im thinking about it...NOT A HOUSE..god no! i dont want a house. not yet, i want to move to SEATTLE.
im thinking something LIKE.............an apartment building....put a little time into it first, fix it up enough to get good rent and then own it...ill get rent, i can have my PUPPY and no one will tell me they don't allow PETS (goddamn landlords!) .....and so yeah.
next year perhaps?
now im off to buy groceries....because were overdue food here...and yes the FUCKING MICE GOT INTO OUR POPCORN LAST NIGHT.
