This morning, I woke up with a bizarre pain on my left ring finger. It almost felt like a splinter lodged in the side of my finger, where my ring & pinkie fingers rub together. I really didn't think much of it, except a bit of confusion as to how I managed to get a splinter there.
That is, until I LOOKED at it.
Guys, I have a ZIT on my finger! How the hell does that even happen? I know I'm a zit factory right now; thanks to wonky hormones/PCOS/The Pill, this 40something has the complexion of a teenager who has been hooked on meth since conception...but come on....a damn finger?! It's not an ingrown hair, either, as it's on skin that has fingerprints and no hair follicles.
What the fuck, body. Stop it.
