Butt zits

eta It just occurred to me that this is a fabulous place to air my concerns about my left nipple. Specifically the fact that it's kind of open and there are little tiny bits of not very dry white stuff that I poke out with a pair of tweezers. I'm not pregnant, but I'm on birth control pills. This in only happening in one nipple and I'm mostly only freaked out by the idea that my nipple looks like dry cracked earth even though the skin isn't too dry at all. Is this just all normal every day joe shmoe nipple stuff and I just missed that lesson in Thoroughly Inadequate Sex Ed?
