ugh I started my period when I just turned 10 (yay for being the fat kid!) and then I had to start using tampons that summer since I was on a swim team. ugh but I didn't know how they worked so my mom did it for me, how gross is that :(

lol now I like them but I'm always so paranoid that I wear both tampons and a pad at the same time if I get stuck somewhere where I cant change. My flo is pretty heavy the first few days.

I was always the curious type, though, I discovered just about everything on my body as soon as I was old enough to tell the differences. =S

This is so true. The first time I used a tampon I read the directions and it had a diagram/picture thing and I was like OMG I have two holes there?

I had the same reaction. I couldn't use tampons until I started masturbating and figured out where everything was.
