So I have a 4 month old that I pump milk for. I dunno how it is for breastfeeding mommies, but milk tends to collect on the tip of my nipple, since it doesnt get direct friction from the pump. Well, after awhile (2-3 days even with gentle wiping after pumping) it gets thick enough that I have to gentle pick away at the milk-paste. But that doesn't get it all, so I have to literally suck on my own nipples to get them squeaky clean.
