You have my sympathy as I hurt my tailbone (not during sex, alas) and I had to sit on one of those blowup donuts for about 3 months and it took at least 6 months before I could sit without pain. I thought it was NEVER going to get better.

So did I!! It's a horrible injury. Even worse when you go home to visit your mother and have to make up an excuse as to why you're sitting funny all the time. I probably could have told her and she wouldn't've freaked or anything, but I'm not about to share my sex life with her LOL.

I forgot to add that I have had a few penile slips in my day and getting a cock rammed into my taint was not the nicest experience but getting a penis rammed up my ass was worse.
