Okay, so I've decided that it'd be a good idea for me to leave Berkeley and move into the city.
I've enjoyed living there; it's been pretty low maintenance and I like the neighborhood, but it's now time for a move.
Next semester I only have one class (my last class EVER!), and I come into the city three times a week just to go to work (and I'm crossing that bridge several times per weekend, as well), so it makes good fiscal sense for me to move now.
I'm looking to move into the Castro (though I'm not married to that 'hood) and I don't mind sharing space, so if you know anyone who's looking for a roommate or if you know of a nicely priced studio or one bedroom, please let me know.
I can pay up to $1100.00/month or so, but would prefer to pay in the $800 - $900 range.
Also, if anyone knows of any secrets to apartment finding, I'd love to be educated.
