So the last few nights of work have been out of the ordinary. Its inventory week, so everything is a little bit different than normal for me. Skipping the needless details of my actual job, I shall share some social aspects of my job. First, there's this guy at work who's really odd. Doesn't know how to talk to girls, everyone thinks he's creepy. ( Read more... )

It's strange that you compared those three albums in that order, because last night while I was packing - I listened to the three...in that order.

For my opinion of Pandora vs. Mortality vs. Commit, I'd say about the same. Fudurich did a great job with Somerset, not to mention it is also well written. Of the three, this would be my favorite. For Small Towns, I've never been a big fan, but I enjoy this album. Agreed, it sounds pretty "wimpy" as far as how much energy it captures. With MCS - I think it's produced really well, a good job for Hoppus. At first listen, it sounded a little over-processed, but a few of the songs really just grab you and don't let go - they're so catchy.

Seattle for you in a week, just a visit? Minnesota for me in a week and 2 days...for good!

dude i so want to see you when you're in seattle but the stupid bridge i have to cross to get over there is going to be closed and its a REALLY REALLY long drive to get there if i drive around. i'd have to go all the way up by olympia and then back down to Seattle and thats how i'd have to get home too.

how long are you staying?

love you!

uhm no tacoma isnt any closer to me. i wouldnt be able to get there because the bridge will be closed...
basically i cant get across this part of water called the hood canal to get to the otehr side of the state unless i drive around an extra few hours and then back down to tacoma/seattle. which takes A LOT longer and i'd have to go home that way too...and i dont have the money to do that.
i also work mon-wed 8-5 and friday 8-5 so that makes it hard too.
but the bridge being closed makes it basically impossible to get down there.
