Oh Boy...
So we've got the honors piano, band, and orchestra kids here! that's over 500 (I think)!!So today started smoothly enough, got up ate breakfast, did my lesson plans for my theory classes, and then ate lunch then went to teach. Class 1 was great the kids were awesome and fun! Class 2 was okay, I have one of my campers in there and he hates me, but he'll get over it!!! Then I came back and started my duties as a night counselor, ate dinner, checked the kiddies in and then took them over to the SOM to watch movies and practice (I supervised the kids that wanted to practice with Gini)! So then we bring them back and they chill in the ballroom for about 30 minutes and play games and stuff! Sounds easy right....NO!!! so after check in (10 pm) I was called to the office and asked to deal with a problem (well several of them) but the biggest one was 2 male campers sleeping and stuff in the same bed (NOT COOL) so I dealt with that, then I have a camper who is turning out to be a complete little shit, apparently he didn't read all the paper work for camp, and is trying to get his 18 y/o friend from the jazz camp to check him out and go have fun...WRONG...first the person checking the kid out has to be 21, and second he told one of the other counselors that he was basically going to forge his mom's signature on a letter of permission, that would be faxed, which would allow him to go with his friend...WRONG...I guess he doesn't understand that when you fax something the number that you faxed it from appears on the fax, and since his mom is in JAX it'll be easy to spot a fake, but I didn't tell HIM that! THEN...I have this completely psycho kid who I want to just strangle!!! he has a psychological issue and I’m dealing with that, but he's still a pain in the ass!! yeah but that's all for now...I have no life!!!
