Every time anyone ever made the comment how can you work for Ron he's an asshole, I never understood why they felt that way. I always liked you a lot!! I always thought you were so nice, very giving, and an all around great guy. I continued to feel that way for a year until recently. Now I am begining to see what everyone means. I've seen a side of you that is far from impressive. You have been nothing but rude, inconsiderate, and callous towards me. To tell someone they walk like a whore that just got rode 800 times, their face looks like a catcher's mit, or they are fat, is just plain mean. I have no idea what I did to get you to go from treating me so well to treating me worse than you do to Barb. You know how much I wanted this job, but another one of the things you failed to mention is how I would be treated. I can deal with the things you say to me, but I shouldn't have to. Which brings me to my question. Are you treating me this way in order to get me to quit like you hope Barb will. If so, just tell me and I'll find another job. You don't have to be mean to me in order for me to quit. Just tell me that you do not want me as an employee and I will find another job. It's that simple. I would never quit IPI without at least a two weeks notice. I am hoping you would do the same for me and letting me know what event will be my last. If you are planning on getting rid of me, just tell me. I do not want to be with out a job. If you are hoping I will get so sick of the way I'm treated that I will quit, then I'll find another job. I do want my last day at IPI not to be a surpise for either one of us. I will give you a notice and I'm asking that if you are planning on getting rid of me then let me know what event will be my last and I will find another job. If you are not planning on getting rid of me, then we seriously need to figure out why things are the way they are. I shouldn't have to sit at a dinner table and not say two words because I know what ever comes out of my mouth will be used against me in some way. I don't know why you are so callous, but you are that way to a lot of people. Just let me know if I should revise my resume or not.
