YAY New RP! Here's an idea I came up with a long time ago for a Gaia Online RP that I've decided to run around the block again because it's a fun idea for mixing fandoms and having free-for-all fun. So... here it is!

Bishounen HotelBasically we're just random fangirls who have stumbled across a fangirl/boy's dream-come-true. This otaku's ( Read more... )

"No... no... NO... Absolutely not... YAI~!"

Misaki stared into each of the cages littered throughout the cold, vault-like room. All of the bishounen she saw so far either looked way too "OMG he's so mysterious and cool", evil bastard-ish, or just plain emo. None of these guys are for me... what am I doing here and what have I gotten myself into?

Just when she came up to a cage with a halfway interesting looking guy, he looked up and flipped his longish hair out of his face to reveal several facial piercings. Misaki's eyes went wide with fright, and she immediately turned away and continued pacing down the rows of cages.

"Geez, will I EVER find the bishie for me?" Misaki muttered quietly to prevent anyone from hearing.

Suddenly, almost as if the gods or Buddha or whatever higher power answered her plea, Misaki came across a cage containing a young man with blonde hair that looked almost silver and a very odd outfit that just screamed either Dungeons & Dragons or Final Fantasy. His clothes consisted of a small, cropped vest that showed off his well-built torso, baggy black pants with a thick blue stripe and red criss-crossed ties on the sides, a red sash around his waist, and metal plated boots.

The guy turned his attention toward Misaki, and he instantly got that OMG-I-wanna-be-free look on his face just like the others had when she had passed their way. Misaki felt bad for the poor guy, but there was more looking to be done before she decided anything. Then again, she didn't want to just leave him there.

He had an absolutely sexy body and an extremely cute face, and Misaki found herself almost imediately drawn to him.

Next to this fantasy-looking guy's cage was another cage in which an older looking (but still young) man sat on the floor with a pad of paper and a couple pencils off to the side. He had light brown eyes, short black hair, and a scruffy goatee that made him look almost like a Japanese version of Shaggy from Scooby Doo. He was dressed in average summer street wear - holey jeans, white tank top, and a bunch of little accessories around the waist. This guy was a little heavier looking and appeared to be a little more muscle-bound than the younger man - that was Misaki's only real complaint about this one.

The older looking one looked up, locking his eyes with Misaki's. Hearts could be seen in this guy's eyes as he stared upon the unsuspecting tenant. Suddenly, he picked up the papers at his feet and started singing loudly while looking at what he had written. It was then that Misaki realized he was singing a very sappy love song. When he was finished, Misaki was just about to melt.

"Ah, that was very nice," Misaki said.

"Really? Oh no, it's not that great," the guy said in the humble Japanese tradition of denying a compliment at first.

Now Misaki was torn. Which one to choose? The Final Fantasy guy or the musical extraordinaire? Misaki took a gander at the papers for each one - first, looking at the ones for the fantasy guy, named Vaan, and then looking at the one for the crazy singer, Teru. Finally, she noticed the woman from the front desk come up to her.

The woman said, "Are you having trouble choosing?"

Misaki stood there silently for a couple seconds, pondering on what to say. Vaan didn't seem to notice her, but she didn't think she could put up with Teru's singing day and night.

Misaki said, "Actually, I think I've decided." She handed the woman Vaan's papers.

Teru's eyes lit up, but when the woman unlocked Vaan's cage, he slumped down to the floor, absolutely disappointed. Damn! And even after she complimented me on the song...
