WARNING: THIS REVIEW MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS

When I first saw the image of Otome Yokai Zakuro and read the details I was interested, but I was busy doing homework or watching other anime series. I started watching this anime series two days ago and finished it yesterday. I was a thirteen episode series that was so beautifully put together and I really enjoyed it. I wish anime companies produce more anime like this. This show is for both female and male fans of anime that has comedy, action, fantasy, and romance; the story was well developed and the characters were likable and unique. From the beginning to end this series was amazing and didn't leave no cliffhanger, but it did leave fans wanting for more.
The animation is beautiful and cute, the characters are lovable and entertaining to watch over and over again. I love the twins and one of the officers, name Ganryuu Hanakiri, relationship because it's so unique and cute, but it kind of odd. I also like Ganryuu reactions, he is so adorable, especially when he blushes. I wished there was more of Susukihotaru and Riken Yoshinokazura relationship at the end such as a kiss, or one of them saying "I love you" or something. And of course, you have Zakuro and Kei Agemaki who were obviously going to end up together, but I wish they have show the kiss at the end. The action scenes were simple and easy to follow, and they were bloody, but not too much to get sick off of. Zakuro sure knows how to kick ass and look badass.
Overall, it was an amazing anime series that I love and enjoyed. It has it moments of laughs, cries, and heart pounding moments, and the only thing I regret is not watching it sooner. I hope this review helps.
