So I've once again been neglecting LJ, much like the assignment I'm neglecting right now by being on LJ. Anyways I just thought I'd share my past couple of days with people because they are sorta interesting, to me at least. So I'm starting out at a new school this semester which makes me incredibly nervous!!! I don't really like new starts in the beginning, although I end up liking them a lot more after those first few moments. So starting at a new school was really nerve wracking especially the night before my first day. It's interesting because in college it's not really a first day but a first week because you have multiple classes and they don't all always occur on the same day, so technically I'm still in my first week and haven't been to all my classes week. I am really happy about this transition though in general and, other than a few slight bumps, things have gone according to plan. I love my new job and my internship is awesome I have seen extremely interesting things and I've only been there for like 2 days. I can't wait to see how the rest of this semester pans out.
As for Nissans lol. I am both unhappy about them and elated if that is possible. Anyways, I was in the parking lot on my first day at University and literally in front of me the stupid girl with the Nissan Xterra parked next to me slammed into my car as she was exiting her parking spot. She didn't even really stop she just gestured an apology and then zoomed off. If I see her car again my revenge will be swift. Anyways, as I stood dumbfounded looking at the tail lights of her car I realized that I REALLY want a new car. So, with anger and frustration in my heart, I decided to go home and breach this subject with my parents. Now this has been an ongoing battle with me and my parents for years because their theory in car owning (as well as other objects) is to run them into the ground until they absolutely HAVE TO buy a new one. I am not like that, the car that I have been driving for the past year has sooo many problems it feels like it isn't really safe to drive anymore to be honest. So, I went home and brought up it up to my parents and surprisingly they were very open to the idea (well my dad was my mom... not so much but she seems to be my arch nemesis as of late so...). Anyways to bring my ridiculously long rant to an end. I am probably going to be getting a new car this weekend, and ironically it is most likely going to be a Nissan Xterra that I found. LMFAO
