ah well these things happen:) in other news am getting ready to go to browns plains today for a sesion of hypnotherapy for quiting smoking.

went well and going to west end farmers markets tomorow to get soem cheap fresh fruit and veg. haven't had one all day today and while it is not easy for me with the fast music going in the background when i need relaxing stuff but hey is all good:)
