You better have good sandwich shoppes and cafes. Also, you should have ample novelty stores, specialty eateries and mom-and-pop businesses abound. You should also have lots of people my age around and affordable housing.
You should also have jobs for me. Jobs that pay lots. Also maybe a mega millions or super ball thing and then I win.
Also, public transportation.
