Macs? Apeture?
I'm sure I posted about Chris getting his new computer a couple months ago. It really is a nice computer, but the thing I really like is the Mac OS X. It has the best of both Windows and Linux. Plus, they are releasing this new photoshop-like program called Appeture. It looks awesome! It gives you all the power of Photoshop, but you can do customized photo things like creating photo books, online albums, etc. It is designed for the professional digital photographer user, but I think I would really love something like that. Unfortunately its only for the mac and I'm not sure if I could pry Chris away from his long enough to use it.
I'm pondering getting a mac in the future. However.. the geek in me would want a powerful computer (dualcore or something), but I really hate how heavy and big the machine are. I like the mac minis... but they are not very powerful. Lastly, the laptops are nice, but I dont need one since I have a work laptop and I have this awesome 20inch LCD that I love.
Plus.. we really shouldnt spend anymore money. :)
So I dunno.. maybe there is a mac in my future..
