Mother Help Me!

I am extremely sick tonight. I have no idea what it is. I have thrown up once and have had the dry heaves for hours. It could be the vicadin but the way I am still bringing up the taste of my supper, I am almost inclined to believe it's that since I haven't taken a pain pill since like four or five.

I just finished completely emptying anything and everything left in my system.

I just hope I'm not getting sick.
