Yamapi stared at her - no, wait, him, him - in utter shock.
“You actually brought books?”
“Duhh,” Heechul said. “We have to calculate the position of Venus for next month in Astronomy!”
“I don't have my books!”
“You can borrow mine, I'm sure you at least have parchment and some quills...”
Yamapi looked at his feet awkwardly. “Not really, no.”
“What do you think we were going to do?” Heechul asked.
Yamapi turned his head to look at the couple of 5th years, busy kissing and fondling each other next to one of the windows of the Astronomy Tower.
“Yuck,” Heechul said. “They didn't even bother with a Clouding Charm. Amateurs.”
Yamapi reddened in the face immediately. “You've done this before?!”
Heechul blushed with anger. “Like you haven't spent half the school year sucking face with Maki!”
“Well, that - that - I - just shows -” Yamapi stuttered, “at least I didn't do it with a Romanian guy!”
“I didn't do it with him, either,” Heechul just said and opened his book huffily. “Fine, I'll just finish this exercise and we'll get out of here.”
Yamapi calmed down and walked to the window, sitting down on the sill next to her - him, him.
“Are you cold?” he asked Heechul.
“Not really,” Heechul said, and then looked up at Yamapi's face. “I mean, um, a little, maybe.”
Yamapi swallowed. “Then maybe we should hug. For, um, warmth.”
“That seems, um, rational,” Heechul said.
They hugged.
“So,” Yamapi began with what he hoped was a smooth tone, “you can cast a Clouding Charm?”
“Yes,” Heechul said and withdrew himself from the hug, holding his wand. “Want to see?”
“Absolutely!” Yamapi said and soon a vapour surrounded them.
Yamapi could barely see Heechul's smile through the mist, see it draw closer until Heechul's lips landed on his, and his hand moved to the back of Heechul's neck, pulling closer, kissing deeper, and the vapour so thick--
“Um,” Heechul suddenly said, pulling away from him, “can you stop groping my breasts? I don't have any.”
“Sorry,” Yamapi said, “I keep forgetting. I don't know where to put my hands and--”
“I'll show you when we get there,” Heechul said and kissed Yamapi again.
Soon Yamapi noticed where Heechul's own hand was, and then his body noticed it, too, and all in all, it was the best date Yamapi would ever, ever have.
