happiestwhen is to be blamed. Again.
tomorrow is a mystery
drunk!dbsk with bonus dongwan, implied every pairing in the band, pg-13. clearly this never happened. no korean boy livers were harmed in the making.
“Changmin-sshi,” Dongwan says into his ear and it's the first time in three months that they've met, so naturally calls for celebration, and naturally Dongwan is drunk, “what do I always tell you?”
“Not to buy those Japanese porn calenders because they're censored?” Changmin asks.
“Yeah,” Dongwan admits, “but besides that.”
Changmin has no idea. Dongwan frowns.
“You're getting forgetful, maybe I should drink the rest of you drink as alcohol makes you forget stuff,” Dongwan says and reaches over for Changmin's glass.
“Hyung, it's just water,” Changmin says but Dongwan's already drinking it.
“Anyway,” Dongwan says, and slides closer on the seat to Changmin, pulling Changmin closer. Changmin thinks Dongwan could look wise if he wasn't so wasted, and he could look really serious, too, if he didn't smile so much.
“Yes?” Changmin says.
“You can either re-live your mistakes, play them in your head until 'til your head is just filled with that time you dropped the microphone, that time you messed up the dance routine, that time you slept with a geisha who was your bandmate's birthday present--”
“What?” Changmin asks in shock.
“You haven't done that?” Dongwan asks. “Well, you will with time, trust me. Any how, all of that will go down, and you can think about it and let it mess you up, or you can let it go. You can laugh. You can mock your friend for his mistakes, and he'll mock you for yours, and you'll just laugh and let go of it. You don't repeat them, because you remember, but you don't have to feel miserable about them, either.”
“Wow,” Changmin says. “That's deep, hyung.”
“Yeah, well,” Dongwan says, “Minwoo told me that once.”
He grins playfully and orders another round of drinks and Changmin wonders whether he's kidding, whether he's always kidding.
“No, really, it's good advice,” Changmin says. “Thanks.”
“Stop it, I'll cry,” Dongwan says, mock-emotional. “But anyway, if laughing doesn't work, you know what does?”
He places a glass of brown liquid in Changmin's palm.
“Drinking does!”
Changmin downs it too fast and hiccups, but it's a great ending to an awesome evening and he's glad there's many more to come.

Yoochun and Jaejoong are staring at Yunho's neck. It looks quite comical, especially when Yunho finally gives up, and his shoulders just sink with a sigh, and Yoochun does a victory dance while Jaejoong hugs Yunho from behind.
“I'll drink only if you guys pay,” Junsu just says and Changmin isn't sure how he feels about the whole thing.
On one hand, the concert was cancelled and if they didn't do anything, they'd just be miserable. On the other hand, they could also just watch a movie, something fun and unscandalous like that.
Yoochun is climbing the sofa behind him.
“Can you settle down?” Changmin asks. “It's just alcohol.”
“It's the perfect excuse to party,” Yoochun says. “And tonight, you shall call me Micky.”
“Last night you got drunk you started crying,” Junsu tells Yoochun. “Sure you want to do this tonight?”
“I only cried because the lights were so beautiful,” Yoochun replies.
*
The floor of the hotel room is littered with bags of candy and snacks and beer bottles in a cooler manager-hyung was kind to provide them with.
The karaoke game got really old really quick because they don't know many Japanese songs, so now Yoochun and Junsu are on their third battle on Dance Dance Revolution and Jaejoong is telling Changmin something about how weird it feels when this Japanese fangirl managed to shove her hand into his trousers and Changmin isn't sure he wants to hear any of this.
“Fuuuuuuck,” Yoochun says. “Stupid mat is slippery.”
“Maybe if you hadn't had that sake, you wouldn't suck at this so bad,” Junsu says with a laugh.
“Hey, guys,” Yunho says, looking rather weak while leaning against a wall, “did you know Skittles can travel through your system without changing color?”
“Seriously?” Yoochun asks, and starts looking for left over candy.
“That's so funny,” Changmin says until he realizes what Yunho means and then he's sort of really grossed out.
“Is Hero telling you his stupid cold hand story?” Yunho asks.
“It's not stupid!”
“She didn't even get your fly open, you can't call it molestation!”
“Let's take a vote,” Junsu announces, stepping away from the PS2. “Those who think Jaejoong was brutally assaulted raise your hand.”
“Micky is raising his hands!” Jaejoong exclaims happily.
“No, he's not, he's trying to stand on them, that's the opposite of raising them,” Junsu says. “Changmin, your vote?”
“Hyung,” Changmin tells Jaejoong apologetically, “you said yourself the hand didn't go inside your pants.”
“Not all the way,” Jaejoong corrects.
Yunho wraps his arms around Changmin after sitting down on the floor. “It's okay, Jae. We'll sue her if you'd like.”
“Fuckshitfuckshitfuckshit,” Yoochun curses after crashing back on the floor. “Junsu-ah, help, I can't feel my wrists.”
“If we don't need the money to Yoochun's medical bills,” Yunho says with a sigh and leaves Changmin to go look after Yoochun.
Changmin glances at Jaejoong, who looks sad. “You okay?”
“It actually wasn't a girl,” Jaejoong says.
Changmin stares at him. “It was a boy?”
Jaejoong holds a hand over his mouth and rushes to the bathroom.
Five minutes later, Yoochun drops down on the floor next to Changmin and is laughing against Changmin's shoulder.
“Jaejoong had Skittles, too!”
“Really?” Changmin asks.
“I don't know, I sort of hit my head really bad. Your head looks blue under this light.” Yoochun is still laughing.
“Why are you talking with honorifics?” Changmin asks.
“Leader-sshi,” Yoochun purrs and pulls Changmin close, reallyreally close, “you are worthy of them.”

Somewhere along the evening, Yoochun decides the Dance Dance Revolution game is against him and tries to drown the PS2 console, and when Jaejoong passes out, they arrange it so that he's lying on top of Yoochun.
“This isn't funny,” Yoochun says angrily as he struggles against the weight of the older boy. “I'll eat my way through him!”
“I tried that once,” Yunho says. “Good luck with it, tell me if you succeed.”
“We'll let you out if you calm down,” Junsu says and arranges Jaejoong more comfortably on Yoochun.
“You do look very loving together,” Changmin says and chuckles.
“What if he pukes on me?” Yoochun asks sadly.
“First time for everything,” Yunho says and pets Jaejoong's head.
“What if he thinks I molested him?” Yoochun asks.
“Tell him you were thinking of a pretty Korean actress the whole time,” Junsu says.
“I hate you guys,” Yoochun says.
*
Eventually Jaejoong rolls off Yoochun on his own and Yunho calls Donghae, which is also not a good idea because it inspires him to take a shower with his clothes on.
“We should call some girls,” Yoochun says and Junsu agrees.
“We don't know any girls in Japan,” Changmin says, but the two are already going through their cell phones' name lists.
“Take Jae's phone,” Yoochun says and Junsu obeys.
“Who's Hand?” Junsu asks.
“It's the molester girl!” Yoochun exclaims happily. “Jackpot, let's invite her.”
“It's not a girl,” Changmin says faintly, but Yoochun is already calling.
“Konbanwa!” Yoochun greets the person at the other end of the phone, but hearing them respond makes his smile fade. He hangs up quickly. “It was a dude!”
“I did say--” Changmin began but Yoochun interrupts him as Junsu cracks up.
“What a slut!” Then he frowns. “Maybe it was her boyfriend. Still, total slut.”
“Shame,” Junsu says.
“We should tell Jaejoong she came here and got drunk and then we stripped him and took pictures of him nude and she laughed at how stupid he looked and...” Yoochun trails off. “Wait, we already did that two weeks back.”
“No, that was to Changmin,” Junsu corrects him.
“What!” Changmin exclaims, blushing.
“Well, apart from the 'telling him' bit,” Junsu says and grins. “Sorry.”
“And you don't look stupid when nude,” Yoochun says reassuringly and starts hiking up the hem of Changmin's shirt.
“Stop it!” Changmin exclaims and Yunho comes out of the shower.
“Shit guys, my cell phone stopped working when I was talking to Donghae in the showers,” Yunho says, dropping the wet phone onto the bed next to still-sleeping Jaejoong.
“Wonder why,” Junsu says sarcastically.
“I'm exhausted,” Yunho moans and settles down on the bed, dripping water all over it. “Changmin-ah, bring me a blanket.”
“I'll be your blanket,” Yoochun says and jumps down on the small space between Jaejoong and Yunho.
After rolling around for a bit, the three eventually all fall asleep and Changmin is left with Junsu, staring awkwardly at the others.
“Come on,” Junsu says, “let's clean this place up.”
While cleaning, Changmin's cell phone beeps in his pocket. Dongwan.
Sorry to hear about the concert being cancelled, the SMS reads. Hope you had a fun night anyway. ^^;
Changmin thinks the term 'fun night' might be fully dependant on what definition of 'fun' one happens to use.
“Goodnight, hyung,” he tells Junsu as he settles down on the sofa.
*
“So, let me get this straight,” Yoochun says slowly the next morning over breakfast, “Yunho didn't wet the bed?”
“Not like that,” Junsu replies.
“I'm relieved,” Yoochun says.
“It's still weird,” Jaejoong says, settling sun glasses over his eyes. “Let's promise never to drink again.”
They all stare at their plates in silence for a while.
“Or like, three weeks,” Jaejoong adds.
“That sounds good,” Yoochun says.
“Agreeable,” Yunho says, nodding.
“In three weeks we'll be in Korea, too!” Yoochun says happily.
It's not the first Changmin wishes he had been placed in Super Junior.
