I'm so proud of you! I have to say when we friended each other on lj you inspired me to change the way I eat. I'm with you, counting calories is what works the best for me. I'm 5'2.75. And currently weigh (as of this morning) 139.2. Granted this is up from my 138 when I got pregnant which I lost another pound. But before all that I was 147 just slightly overweight and very unhappy about it. Most of it was still left over baby weight. I hate to say that but it was. I was 137 when I got pregnant with Behn, just in the normal range and gained the 29 lb required. I dropped down to 125 when I was breastfeeding but once i stopped the weight came back. So I am eating better, not really eating junk anymore. (Ok the doc told me give in to my cravings this time around because i didn't gain as much way as I should when I was pregnant with Behn. So i do give in now and then. But other than that I've been really good.) I crave really random things like sushi, and noodles. So I watch the salt levels. So hopefully it will be a slow gain and a good one. :) So thank you. And YAY you rock!
