Letter and bumper sticker from my insurance

Is this kinda messed up? I got a letter from my insurance broker. Instead of asking "is your car fully covered? are you driving with your fingers crossed?" they assumed that I'm not, and helpfully included a bumper sticker for me to put on your car to tell the world that I'm a know-nothing dumbass.
