License Plates

I'm considering the purchase of a new car.  I'm also considering the registration of a California personalized licence plate.  Because the purpose of a license plate is to identify a vehicle when its driver has done something wrong, I'd like to register the combination of characters most likely to be misidentified or mistranscribed.  My current plan is to register a random 87-character string of "1", "I", and "T" characters.  ("Your honor this speeding ticket is written for 1I11I1T but as you can see my vehicle's license plate is 1I1II1T.")  I'm wondering whether anyone can think of a more optimal solution to this problem.

("Try not to do anything illegal" is a clever orthogonal solution, but I'd still like to cover my bases.)
