that is the current posture with regards to FISA, and as we are learning from rumsfeld, the process of domestic spying on anyone who does not agree with the administration.
So why should one presume that 'high crimes and misdemeanors' would be relevant given that, as we keep hearing time and again, Congress authorized them to do what ever the current administration wants to blame congress for allowing them to do...
Clearly what it will take is a national intervention where the nation stops enabling these freaks and gets them into the Betty Ford Clinic.

Well, actually, if you look at the congressional paper work, you do have to wonder, what exactly IS the big technical distinction between what Clinton had for bombing Iraq, and the current round of bombing Iraq. No need to pick on any of the side shows....
But gosh that way does lead to those deep emotional trauma's. Since, well, Gosh, it appears that Clinton was able to get wood without compromising the National Intelligence Community, OR getting American GI's killed for mere domestic politics.... So maybe we need to help the current CIC learn the value of....
