RIP Carlson Gracie
Carlson Gracie died of a heart attack at 3AM last night, a complication of kidney stones and a possible kidney infection. Carlson was the son of Carlos Gracie, co-founder with his brother Hélio of Gracie Jiu Jitsu. (This page has a history and photos of most of the family.) My teacher Rey Diogo flew to Chicago today to attend his teacher's funeral.
