I bought a copy os SElf Magazine last night, in it was an article about a woman who had spent years and years calculating and really thinking about what she ate etc, and it was a big focus for her to stay in her size 4 jeans. She started to gain weight and decided that if she was going to gain then why not just eat what she wanted for while. She took a month and ate what she wanted. Mind you what she decided to eat was still very healthy, she didnt at in any sweets or sugars, but went for more breads etc.

She tracked her eating for a month, in the end.... she lost 2 lbs.

I think thats kinda cool!!!
