Walking, Goal oriented again. DARNIT!

I have taken up quite a bit of walking, Friday I walked a total of 6 miles! whoa! Havent done that in a while! The day before that I did 2-3 miles, and then the day after the 6 I did another 2. I am determined to get these last 5-10 lbs off! Gosh darnit! =) I am aiming to do ateast 2 miles a day, that is the VERY least I could do! Thats only two laps around the neighborhood, and that Is something I can take M with me. M wont go to the gym much anymore, he fights it, so I think I am going to do cardio at home and get in weights 3 times a week in the evening, Try that for a while atleast getting in something! Since we moved, things are on average a mile to two miles away, I figure if I just start walking to some things then I'd get in some extra walking and cardio time and hope to shed the lbs again. Walking to starbucks and back is 3 miles, walking to the baseball stadium and back is 2 miles, walking to the shopping area with Chuckie cheese and best buy etc, is about 1.5 or 2 one way, depending on what store you go to.

I will and CAN lose this weight, I think I am more determined now than ever. I did 2 Denise Austin shows today and then hope to get in 2 miles after dinner. Im driven I want this, I am tired of being just at a reach to where my goal is, it is time to reach out and get it.
