This week my goal is to drink more water, and to get off my arse and get in my exercise, I am eating well, im not gaining to much kinda maintaining, but I need to push that number down a little bit more.
Did a little dance dance workout today, hopeing tomorrow to get in some aerobics. we'll see! =)
