Looking back at my week to week personal home journal of my weight, I have noticed that I have been maintaining my weight since August. This blows! I dont want to sit at 172 for forever and ever. I want to lose more!
It is frustrating, I have been exercising, even increased it, and trying to eat well, tho I know that the past few weeks that has gone out the window, Only myself to blame.
I guess I am in a plateu, I need something to getme out of this. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I know I havent been eating the best and that just might be what is killing my losing streak, but it is going on 3 months now, =(
