I love my Mandy. We had a fun Valentine's weekend... managed to drive up to Flagstaff and play in the snow in our desert-dwelling gear. So basically jeans and old shoes. The dogs couldn't even walk because the snow was so deep and not-tightly packed that they just kinda fell through when attempting to run. Pretty fucking cute.
After a change of clothes we looked at a pretty beautiful canyon (Oak canyon?) near Flagstaff and had a good time. Oh, also had Orzo Soup and watched Zack and Miri. It was okay. We also watched the Strangers... and I am not a fan of horror flicks. This one though was pretty frightening and not at all campy, which is what I'd like to see in these.
We've been watching this anime Gurren Lagann which is pretty much an over-the-top, fast-paced Mech Drama with a young boy, arrogant dude, and half-naked chick fighting robots with their robots but it's pretty fun and I am enjoying it.
Transformers 2 is going to be kickass. I think they have a lot of potential to make up for what was wrong in the first one with the new film, and from what I know they are well on their way to making a kickass movie.
Also, work is work.
Been having really odd dreams lately that I can't piece together. Been leaving me tired and grumpy in the mornings. What a headache.
I completed the story for GTA: IV and admit that that game was a blast and addicting. I have now moved on to Call of Duty World at War and have been enjoying that a lot. It's been forever since I've played an FPS against other living, breathing opponents. All of my PS3 experience has been single player so far, so this is a definite change of pace.
I'm hoping everything works out with this stimulus plan that's going down.
