Tired....
Today wasn't a bad day, but it was really long.
I went down to church at 10:00 for rehearsal for the passion play on Palm Sunday. I thought I was going to be late, but I made it on time. I get to say a couple lines this time for this play, but I have to be a pharisee. I don't want to be the bad guy. lol.
After rehearsal I went straight down to the Mills to work at Pearle. I only stopped to get some lunch at Chic-fil-a. Carrie's dad passed away, and Mandy wanted to go comfort her at the funeral. I thought that was really nice of her, actually. I only worked with Carrie maybe 4 times, but she seemed genuinely sweet.
Work wasn't so bad. I only had one stupid person come in and complain that there were scratches on her glasses a year after she bought them. She said that those scratches were there from the beginning. Well then why the hell did you wait so long to bring them in? Do you think I was born yesterday? I told her that, but in a much nicer way. X-) She also complained about having to clean them all the time because of the AR. She said, "I have to clean them 10 times a day". I know why you do...because your dirty! Or you live in a dirt house! I don't have to clean mine that much!
At New Dimension Comics (which is about 2 stores down from Pearle at the Mills) it was free graphic novel day! So I picked up a free book. They mostly have American Comics there. All the free stuff was American made. Of the stuff that was left, I found one American manga called Tokyo Knights. I decided to take that. There was something else that was kind of interesting, but I passed it up because it was a volume 2.
I didn't get in until 9:30. Yawn! So tired,....I wish I could've done more creative stuff today.
