SPN 3x08, 3x09, 3x10
I haven't said anything about any SPN episodes in a while so I'll be quick about 3x08 and 3x09 then get onto 3x10 lol.
So 3x08, the Christmas episode. I am hugely impressed that they actually managed to get a Christmas themed episode out of this kind of show. And in a not-too-outlandish way too! Loved the flashback scenes (aww I think little!Dean's voice might have broken a little lol), those two little boys are just too cute and I almost cried with little!Sammy when he found out about evil and that Santa wasn't real =(.
3x09, the witch episode. When I accidentally found out (spoiler avoiding is so difficult!) that there was going to be a witch episode, I was little...concerned. I've never really thought of Sam and Dean's supernatural world involving witches, although I'm sure they've probably been mentioned before. Mind you, it was actually a little creepy - not like old school Supernatural creepy, but creepy all the same. Especially the music on the radio changing! And Ruby! I love her more every time I see her - which is weird because last summer I was very pro-Bela, anti-Ruby and now I'm the total opposite. I hate Bela and love Ruby. Saying that, I think Ruby's kind of a one-season character, a little like Meg (I mean human Meg). I can see demonRuby going back to the hell at the end of the season, which of course will mean humanRuby will die what with all the shootings and beatings etc.
I don't want Dean to turn into a demon *cries*, what a cool twist. I had never thought of where demons come from before...very interesting that they were all once human.
3x10 Dream A Little Dream Of Me. This is right up there with my favourite episodes - I thought it was immensely creepy in the old style SPN Season 1 kind of way. I mean, I was on edge for the entire episode because it felt like I just didn't know what was going to happen or who was going to jump out at any point. The end where demon!Dean clicked his fingers....that freaked me out. I actually whimpered and switched off the computer screen...I think it's the first time SPN has scared me in ages! I'm ignoring the Sam/Bela scene because although I had a bit of a giggle at it, I am very much against Sam/Bela and it was just too out of left field and random for me to pay any attention to. =D Also, Jensen has surpassed himself yet again with that scene with his demon self. Awesome.
