Back from Berlin.
It was you know... good... I saw... stuff.
Becca and I stayed with a girl we know from Paris, who lives right by Shoenhauser Allee on the eastern side.
We also managed to hit may 1st, which means Walpurgisnacht(having something to do with witches and mayday), and the international labor holiday (meaning lots of protests, and some minimal rioting).
It was good. It was mostly nice to get out of Paris for a few says and see some different big historical buildings.
I bought a poster from Checkpoint Charlie that says "you are now leaving the american sector" in english, french, russian and german. It's pretty bitchin'.
I also saw a man in a big fuzzy bear suit walking around the Brandenburg gate. Our theory is he's one of those fuzzy animal freaks, and he was looking for a fuzzy bear-ess.
