Saturday I have a table read of EXPLODED which will not as it happens be at New York Theater Workshop or La Mama but instead at Amerinda. Nothing from SIR and they may have never gotten my submission due to the fact that I had to send it through a little big file program which they might not have bothered to download. All very discouraging, and with little work and endless debts, hard to see a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD
The classic comedy. Spencer Tracy was tired and not very good, but Sid Caesar Milton Berle, Ethel Merman, Terry Thomas and others have never been better. Overwrought, but amusing.
