Mere Christianity
I had a nice long chat with wolfie_sara tonight on the phone. WS has been a friend since my first days of university. We share a similar politcal outlook and a Christian faith. However while I'm a protestant, WS is a cool Catholic, veneration (not adoration) of Mary and petitioning of the Saints included. When the converstaion gets round to God we always have an intereting discussion.
Tonight we agreed to start reading/discussing books together. Our first one will be Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis. We'll be reading about 30 pages a week so it wont be that much. We'll be using LJ to records our views and any interesting points that come up from the discussion. Posts will be public so anyone can join in.
First post will probably be in just over a week.
