You know the feeling you get when you spent hours checking a paper so that it matches all the required formatting, with margins, text size, headings, footers, page numbers ad nauseum, and you get it back, and you *still* get docked points for the one that you somehow missed ( Read more... )

AX went well, I think! Basically, everything that we were in control of went smoothly -- was able to wear the new cosplay I had, and went to the concert we got tickets for -- we didn't forget anything really important, I think the only thing we forgot was sunscreen so we had to buy it expensive from the hotel store, but the props that we brought in a golf case ended up holding up just fine in the airplane, which is really good to find because that means we have a way to bring big props around to cons other than local Fanime! XD ( ... )
