I recently took a very close listen, and I was able to decipher the sorta-gibberish that she says during the song. It's intriguing gibberish.

The new phrases I had deciphered over time that are not on any lyric transcription I've seen online are the last line of "that's about it" and the odd "expensive hobby" that is said during the long instrumental.
(By the way I had thought it said some strange things before I finally had that *ding!* moment with realizing the latter part said hobby, and then expensive came after. "Havoc" and "stem cells" were parts of my first guesses. o_O With Utena anything is possible.)
Any thoughts as to what that phrase means?
